Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Hotskill mobile application, a product of Young Urban Project. All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and refunds are subject to their respective policies.

2. Free Tier

Hotskill offers a free tier that includes access to limited lessons from selected learning tracks. We encourage you to explore the free tier before purchasing a subscription to ensure the App meets your needs.

3. Subscription Refunds

Since subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:

Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.

Google Play Store: Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play support directly.

Young Urban Project does not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms directly.

4. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds are generally considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the subscription features
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the App during your subscription period

5. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • You no longer wish to use the App after the subscription has been charged
  • You did not use the App during your subscription period
  • You request a refund after more than 7 days from the date of purchase

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period – you will continue to have access to Pro features until then. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
