Account & Access

Download the Hotskill app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap Get Started. You can sign up using your email address. Your account and progress sync automatically across devices.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive. If you still can’t log in, contact us at hello@youngurbanproject.com.

Yes. Your account and all progress are synced to the cloud, so you can log in on both iOS and Android and pick up exactly where you left off.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@youngurbanproject.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We’ll process it within 7 business days. Note that this action is irreversible and your progress and subscription will not be recoverable.

Tracks & Learning

A Track is a focused series of short video lessons on a specific AI skill — for example, AI for Content Creation or AI for Meta Ads. Each track contains 20 lessons, each 3–5 minutes long. You watch one lesson a day and build up the skill progressively over time.

Free users can enroll in 1 track at a time. With a Pro subscription, you can have multiple active tracks running simultaneously and switch between them freely.

No — your lesson progress is saved permanently. Your daily streak will reset if you miss a day, but all completed lessons remain marked as done. You can always pick up from where you left off.

Yes. We ship new tracks every week, focused on the AI tools and skills that are trending right now. Pro subscribers get access to all new tracks the moment they’re published.

Billing & Subscription

Yes — Hotskill is free to download and use. Free users get access to one active track at a time with a limited number of lessons. Upgrading to Pro unlocks all tracks, unlimited lessons, and early access to new content.

Open the Hotskill app and go to your Profile. Tap Upgrade to Pro to see the available plans. Payment is processed securely through the App Store or Google Play using your existing billing details.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Hotskill directly. To cancel:

iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Hotskill → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hotskill → Cancel.

You’ll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

All purchases are processed through Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. You can also reach us at hello@youngurbanproject.com and we’ll do our best to help.

First, try going to your Profile in the app and tapping Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t resolve it, close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email us at hello@youngurbanproject.com with your order confirmation and we’ll sort it out within 24 hours.
